Publication Rights and Printfees

All Images are Copyright-protected under german law and subject to the payment of printfees in every case of publication. Always contact mensing@artdoc.de before publication. Any publication of sample images from this site is unlawful. All original images supplied for arranged publications remain the property of Roman Mensing, artdoc.de and must be returned within the given period of lending. Cost and risk of transport are always liable to the orderer. Image data supplied for arranged publication must not be distributed to third other than those involved in the immediate publication process.

All publication needs to be unambiguously credited to Photographer / artdoc.de. In case of online publication the credit line shall carry an active link to www.artdoc.de. Publication without proper credit creates a 200% penalty fee. artdoc.de represents exclusively the publication rights of photographic images. Please make sure to arrange for the artists' rights with their representatives (VG Bildkunst).
